For two decades, Sofia Hansen has been blending business acumen, leadership expertise, and industry experience. Sofia empowers individuals and teams to lead with clarity, confidence, and adaptability. As the founder of Hansen Consulting, she works with leaders across industries, helping them build high-performing cultures that embrace strategic execution and collective intelligence.
Sofia holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Industrial Relations and Human Resources, giving her a deep understanding of workplace dynamics and the drivers of organizational success. In addition to her business foundation, she is an RYS 200-certified Meditation, and Mindfulness Teacher and an Accredited Leadership Circle Coach, integrating evidence-based and multidisciplinary approaches into leadership and performance development.
Her mission is to cultivate leaders committed to their own growth and performance, teams capable of strategic thinking and execution, and organizations equipped to navigate adaptive change with resilience. Through coaching, leadership development programs, and tailored consulting engagements, she enables individuals and teams to unlock their leadership potential and create environments that foster innovation, collaboration, and sustainable success.
